What's included

You may already have completed a Cost Estimate for Construction before enquiring for Value Management. If this is the case your architect may have come up with a list of alternative selections for materials, or you may have created your own 'wish list' of options. A different way of building may be looked at as it suits the site conditions better. Value management will look at these alternative costs in comparison to the base costs and their impact on the budget while also informing decisions on design.
